If you are a person who enjoys an active lifestyle, beautiful unspoiled nature, tranquility, delicious and nourishing foods: this retreat is for you. A combination of walking, stretching, and meditation will help you reset and reconnect with yourself. It is so important to take care of yourself.
What you can expect?
Transformative practices of yoga and meditation
Two sessions of yoga a day: dynamic vinyasa in the morning and deeply relaxing yin yoga in the afternoon. Our aim is to balance the feminine and masculine energies. As we live in a world dominated by yang energy our focus will be on cultivating feminine energies within us and in the way we approach the world.
Yin yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the meridian system so you will be guided through the meanders of this beautiful tradition.
You will be guided by Marzena – a devoted and experienced yoga teacher whose main interest is in energy works in the body, mind and soul. Cultivating the willingness to feel and to reconnect with yourself is something she feels is crucial.
The sessions will take place in a beautiful yoga shala that is nestled in nature, surrounded by sounds of birds and with a view to the ocean and stunning sunsets.

Hikes in nature and visiting old town
Daily hikes in nature and visiting an old town in Tenerife with an experienced guide. The hikes are adjusted to the energy of the group and are designed to experience the beauty and truth of the island.
You will be transported to the hiking venues.

The food
You will be nourished by good quality, delicious vegetarian/vegan/gluten free meals. We feed people as we feed ourselves: unprocessed, fresh local produce, made from scratch. The food is prepared according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern nutrition.

Nourishment for the body, heart and soul
We will hold the space for you and we will make sure you can be nourished in many different ways: through soaking yourself in the beauty of nature, swimming in the ocean, walking the amazing trails, taking delicious yoga postures, enjoying and feeling the beauty of your body.

What is included in the package:
- Transportation from and to the Tenerife South Airport (TFS) at the designated time: 15.00 on the arrival day and 11.30 on the departure.
- 6 days and 5 nights accommodation in twin rooms with one other, each room with a private bathroom
- Three high quality meals a day, water, coffee, herbal infusions, fruit and healthy snacks during the day
- Community cooking class: traditional Spanish (vegetarian/vegan) paella.
- Two yoga sessions a day: dynamic, energizing yoga in the morning, yin yoga in the evening. Special focus on fascia cleansing.
- Daily excursions on the island either in nature or visiting an old town.
- Transportation to and from the venue of the excursions

- Three sessions of yin yoga via zoom after the retreat.
