Refunds and Cancelations (for retreat participants)

For the participants of our retreats:

1. Deposit
   • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
   • 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
   • 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.
2. Remaining Balance
   • Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
   • If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
   • If you cancel 0-30 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable

Travel

We can help with the info about flights to and from Tenerife and transfers from the airport. 
Please, have your passport or id valid. The organizers are not responsible for the travel arrangements. 

Consent and Release

By registering to the retreat you voluntarily accept and understand the following terms and conditions: I am aware that participating in the retreat requires a certain level of fitness and general physical health. I acknowledge and assume voluntarily my responsibility to assess my level of fitness and the risks of injury that are associated with physical activity including yoga and hiking. I confirm that I will retain control over my activities at all times. I will inform the teachers and organizers of any limitations and medical conditions that may affect my practice. 

Retreat participation, yoga, workshop, excursions, trips and exercise classes are all undertaken at your own risk. For your safety and for the safety of the other participants and members of the team we need to make sure that we are well informed regarding any special conditions. You will need to inform us, Casa del Cielo, or the retreat leader before attending the retreat. In the case of any serious health conditions (allergy, mentally and physically), you need to confirm that you are sufficiently fit and healthy  to take part in the yoga classes and other activities.  We may ask you to provide a consent form from your doctor to confirm you can take part in physical activities. If you are a retreat leader you will be responsible to make sure the above is being done and completed before the retreat starts. Casa del Cielo will be blameless for any injuries incurred during your stay. Casa del Cielo will not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal property.

Data Protection

When you share your personal information with us it will never be shared with others and only be used to manage your booking.  We use your email to send you updates and you can choose at any time not to receive any communication from My Joy of Yoga. Just send us an email: glad4yoga@gmail.com
