You are very welcome to join us for this New Year’s Retreat with yoga, hiking the mountains of Tenerife and cooking delicious paella together on this special day. The week will be filled with exploring the island, movement, beautiful views but also transformative practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork. We will have a workshop on detoxyfication with the Chinese cup massage and using guasha stone on the face. You will receive a gift of Chinese cup and a guasha jade stone.
This will be the second edition of this event and we are very happy to be able to invite our guests again!
What you can expect?
- Two yoga sessions a day (90 minutes each) with an experienced yoga teacher. Dynamic, energizing yoga in the morning and relaxing, meditative yin yoga in the evening.
- Meditation and pranayama sessions
- Workshop on using guasha on the face. You will receive guasha jade stone as a gift.
- Six guided excursions to explore different parts of the island also old historic town.
- Transportation to and from the hiking venues in different parts of Tenerife.
- Three fresh, vegetarian/vegan healthy and delicious meals a day made mostly of the local produce, purchased at the local farmers markets.
- Healthy snacks and herbal infusions, local fruit throughout the day.
- Accommodation in https://myjoyofyoga.com/casa-del-cielo/ in double rooms with private bathrooms.
- Transfer to and from Tenerife South airport (TFS) at a designated time: 15.00 on arrival day and 11.30 on departure day. If you arrive at a different time the transfer is not included. The taxi to Casa del Cielo from TFS can be arranged (around 45€).
- Community cooking class on the New Year’s Eve.
- Ongoing care of the retreat organizers.

- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 30 days before retreat start date.
- Remaining Balance
- Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
- If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
- If you cancel 30 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.
